Client Services Associate

Hardskills is looking for a professional with at least 2 years of work experience in customer service, customer success, research, consulting, operations, creative services, or business journalism. This role involves day-to-day customer interaction and responsibilities in operations & processes execution. You will work with a cross-functional team in Asia and the U.S. It's a fast-track role to multiple other opportunities within our fast-growing business.

Responsibilities include:

  • Day-to-day interaction with clients at multiple levels, including individual learners
  • Develop a close working relationship with clients so you understand & anticipate their needs
  • Track learner/cohort progress & ensure everything's on track for successful course completion
  • Participate & lead client onboarding webinars/learner discussion forums
  • Report creation & presentation

Must Have:

  • 2-4 years’ general work experience    
  • Excellent written and verbal communication (English)
  • Amazing attention to detail
  • Strong planning & organization skills
  • Well-read, well-informed on global business trends

Nice to Have:  

  • Familiar with CRM & Project Management software tools
  • Presentation creation skills
  • Customer facing experience
