Sales Development Reps (SDRs)

Hardskills is looking for an experienced Sales Development Rep (SDR) with at least 2-4 years' experience in B2B and is a self-starter hungry for a new opportunity in a growth industry.

Hardskills help enterprises train their workforces in the hard-to-teach behaviours, skills, and mindsets needed for the new World of Work. We do this through a proven solution that’s increasing workforce behavioural skills by over 60%. Your role:

Lead Generation (25%)
  • Prospect, track & prequalify targets based on our sales plan  
  • Respond to and qualify incoming web and phone inquiries
  • Identify high-value new opportunities with a need for Hardskills’ solution & understand their ‘hot buttons’
  • Be curious, current & thoughtful about industry & business trends so you add value in prospect conversations  
  • Update records so you run an organized, productive sales process
Prospect engagement & follow-up (50%)
  • Be an amazing first impression & introduction to Hardskills with prospects
  • Build rapport with leads through outbound conversations/emails, identifying pain points  
  • Identify key decision-makers & process from initial contact to successful account win
  • Develop new leads until they are ready to engage  
  • Be able to effectively overcome objections and product differentiation
  • Book appointments for product demos to move the sales process forward
  • Understand and articulate the value of our product & customer ROI
Sales Meetings (25%)
  • Schedule follow-up meetings for the sales team
  • Educate & prepare internal team to support converting prospect to customer
  • Deliver on weekly KPIs

Must Have:

  • 2+ Y B2B outbound sales or lead-gen/performance marketing  
  • Intrinsic, self-directed urgency & desire to succeed
  • Amazing attention to detail with strong planning & organization skills
  • Well-read, well-informed on business and global digital trends
  • Excellent written and verbal communication (English)
  • Fluent with CRM & sales technology tools
