THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a client-facing role for someone who loves being the strategic partner their clients can't imagine working without. As Customer Experience Manager, you'll own a portfolio of high-value global enterprise accounts, leading rollouts of our learning journeys, delivering data-driven insights on learner progress, and consulting on how to get the best outcomes from Hardskills.

You'll bridge clients' business goals with the transformative learning experiences we offer. You'll also represent Hardskills in person at industry events and client meetings, building your profile as a credible voice in the Future of Work and organisational development.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Manage and grow relationships across a portfolio of top-tier global clients, serving as their primary point of contact and strategic advisor.
  • Lead the planning and operational rollout of learning cohorts and programs, ensuring smooth execution at every stage.
  • Deliver regular, data-driven progress reports to clients, translating learner analytics into meaningful business insights.
  • Conduct strategic planning conversations to understand evolving client needs and design outcome-focused learning experiences.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, content, and commercial teams to enhance client outcomes and lifetime value.
  • Track and report on customer experience metrics, surfacing key trends and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Represent Hardskills at industry events and in-person client engagements.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 8-15 years of experience in either customer success, client relationship management, consulting or HR, workforce development. Domain background in engineering, IT and professional services, manufacturing, logistics with a desire to switch into Future of Work to apply your experience is particularly valued.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear client narratives.
  • Exceptional spoken and written English, and confidence presenting to senior audiences.
  • A consultative mindset; you understand client business goals and know how to align learning solutions to them.
  • Experience working in or with global, multicultural organisations across Southeast Asia and India.
  • Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, globally distributed environment with focus.
