FOUNDERS’ MANAGEMENT INTERN-TO-EMPLOYEE
Are you a sharp, driven graduate who wants to work directly with founders of a global, award-winning & innovative technology-led early-stage company - and not fetch coffee?
At Hardskills, we help Fortune 500 companies like Nestlé, PwC, Deloitte, Bosch and Kuok Group build the human skills that AI can't replace: critical thinking, collaboration, communication, and influence. We're growing top-tier clients across multiple markets aggressively, and we need a high-calibre graduate hire to support the co-founders as we scale further.
What you'll do: This isn't a passive role. Starting as a full-time paid intern, this role converts to a full-time management associate role after 6 months. Hardskills’ founders have a track record of identifying, investing in, and growing early career talent into rockstars.
You'll sit alongside our co-founders and contribute to the things that matter most;
- building a product and brand that’s loved
- landing customers who grow and stay with us
- fuelling growth across fast-growing, high-value markets globally
Business Development (70%) - Support founder-led sales across India, Southeast Asia, and U.S. Generate leads, manage our LinkedIn and HubSpot pipeline, attend client meetings with C-level executives, and shadow the entire GTM motion and help close deals.
Product (30%) - Support co-founder/CEO of Hardskills in innovating and building on our award-winning product strategy to ensure we stay ahead of the curve with immersive tech, AI & other bleeding-edge tech.
YOU'RE A FIT IF YOU:
- Smart, ambitious & driven graduate/postgraduate student (any discipline) with a high personal bar for excellence
- Have prior internship or corporate work experience (6+ months)
- Are confident engaging with senior executives
- Are analytical, organised, and own your work end-to-end
- Communicate fluently in English
- Able to take direct feedback with resilience, and have a genuine growth mindset
