THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a career-defining role for a strategic enterprise account executive growing key customer relationships at the intersection of human potential and technology transformation. As a Strategic Account Executive, you’ll manage and grow key corporate accounts (5,000+ employees), building relationships at Director and C-suite level. You'll own the full cycle - from developing relationships with multiple stakeholders across clients, identifying opportunities for growth and closing deals.
You'll have direct access to our founders for support, an award-winning compelling product that genuinely changes how organisations perform, and a clear path for growth as we scale.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and grow our key account portfolio of global enterprise clients through proactive outreach, events, LinkedIn, and your own network.
- Engage and influence decision-makers at Director and C-level with insight-led conversations.
- Own the complete expansion cycle: from lead generation and needs discovery through to proposal, negotiation, and close.
- Partner with leadership to continuously sharpen expansion strategy and positioning.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline data to inform business planning.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Strong track record in B2B account management and expansion, ideally in HRTech, Future of Work, new technologies, professional services/consulting.
- Confidence and credibility engaging at C-suite and Director level.
- Strategic thinker, intellectual curiosity, business acumen & ability to connect the dots
- Highly professional & disciplined self-starter who demonstrates ownership
- Personable, excellent communication & presentation skills that build relationships
- Resilience & appetite for fast-growth, ambiguous environment
- Interest in the future of work, AI's impact on business, and human capability development.
