How organisations value human skills is shifting.
We saw a sharp increase of 40% in learner enrolment on our platform in 2025, testament to the rising importance of building the human advantage in the AI era.
As AI becomes more embedded in daily operations, skills such as communication, critical thinking, decision-making and the ability to make human connection are becoming core capabilities.
Most exciting is that even as the number of learners grew substantially, KPIs hit new records. Our flagship Global Business Skills programme, a 22-hour course delivered over 13 weeks, saw average full course completion increase to 91% even as cohort sizes grew. The Forward programme which trains business agility as a mindset, continued to perform at an exceptionally high level, sustaining a completion rate of 98%.
These extraordinary course adoption rates are especially significant at a time when work seems busier than ever.
To recognise organisations and their teams that led this shift with intent and execution, we introduce the Client Excellence Awards.

In fast-growing markets including Vietnam, Indonesia, and Sri Lanka, engagement and completion rates were the strongest, underscoring demand for practical, career-advancing skills.
The takeaway is simple.
When human skills training is designed well, backed by leadership, and scaled with intent, they stick.
Note: These awards were determined through a 12-month analysis of learner activity and insights. There were no applications or nominations.
